The Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna

The Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies of Pisa is a public university specializing in the applied sciences: Economic Science, Jurisprudence and Political Science in the Social sciences Departement; agraraian Sciences, Medicine, and Industrial and Computer engineering in the Experimental Sciences Departement. The mission is to pave innovative pathways in education and research, responding to the modernization and innovation of society itself. This mission is pursued through the valorization of the autonomy and flexibility that characterize the School and that derive from its status as an autonomous university by special statute, operating in the field of applied sciences.
